1. Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Moniova (the "Service") operated by Moniova ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Moniova is a personal finance tool that helps you view and manage information about your credit cards, installments, and cash flow. You enter or import your own data (e.g. card details, statements, installment information). We do not connect to your bank or access your accounts.
The Service is for informational and organisational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice. All financial decisions are your responsibility.
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and consent management. By using the Service and consenting to analytics cookies via the cookie banner, you acknowledge the use of these technologies as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
3. Account and eligibility
To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Acceptable use

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or these Terms.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if you have paid nothing, one hundred Turkish Lira (TRY 100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraud, or any other reason we consider necessary.
On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on our website or in the Service and indicate the effective date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.
